The online website is selling these days (January 28. 2013) one way tickets from New York to Europe at less than $250 on Aer Lingus. But after buying the ticket they send you an email saying the transaction was cancelled.
I don’t know exact reason why they are doing it, but I don’t think it fair to deceive customers and to my understanding to breach a contract.
Did anyone share the same story ? How should I complain and to which authority ? Thanks,
